2014 Summer January Holiday
In the end, it's time for my long summer vacation back to where my grandparents used live. It was a small town with no high rise buildings and nothing fancy in there. This town has retained most of its historic heritage and authenticity. Populations in there were mainly elderly and young children, as for those mid twenties would have gone to the big city looking for more job opportunities or even further their studies so living in here makes you feel like you've been retired for a long long time.
Old Town Street at Kuala Pilah
Starting day of the work =)
An old School
As you heat up in the morning, you would hear birds chirping all around instead of the busy car sounds. You won't see any high rise buildings or even a plane. All you can you is a big picture of the clear blue sky with clouds covering the mountain top, and squirrels dancing around on the electrical poles starting for their day.
Residential Area
The atmosphere was as fresh as from the mountains, with cool winds that brushes through your face telling you that you have no worries of the daytime.
As for my daily life routine, would be holding a morning exercise with my family. Mom would prepare us a wonderful meal for the day, then we would spend our afternoon reading books, baking, cooking or watching drama and by 9pm we would tuck ourselves into our little bed for the night. You won't be spending your nights out in this town as there's no shopping around.
